Sugar Rush: Green Tea Mille Crêpes at Lady M

The classicLady M Mille Crêpesis perfect, but when you want a twist on the original, keep your eye out for variations on the cake. We've touched upon theChocolate-Banana Mille Crêpe, an exclusive at the Plaza Food Hall location of Lady M. There's a coconut version, a chocolate, another with fresh strawberries and yet another with roasted chestnuts. My favorite at the moment? ThisGreen Tea Mille Crêpe($8). Count the layers if you dare, there's at least twenty of those lacy, golden crêpes, each separated by a brush of barely whipped cream. The cream is infused with green tea, subtle with a clean finish, the top layer outfitted with a dusting of matcha.
