Handheld Piesdeals in pies both sweet and a little savory, offering up personal sized interpretations of standard 9- and 12-inchers. There are free-form pies (think Pop-Tarts-style) pies, double crust pies, and adorable pies baked in individual jars, each perfectly portioned to a generous single serving. In addition to creating their own unique personal pie creations, Billingsley and Wharton have adapted recipes from their favorite bakeries into handheld form.
